The Layer 8 Advanced Spam Filtering Service is an integrated hardware and software solution designed to protect our email servers from spam, virus, spoofing, phishing and spyware attacks. It leverages 12 comprehensive defensive layers to provide industry-leading defense capabilities.

For onsite Microsoft Exchange servers, we can route mail through the Layer 8 datacenter and spam filtering service. This results in only clean, valid email reaching the email server, freeing up bandwidth and server resources. This service also allows for Layer 8 to queue email in our Datacenter in the event of a bandwidth failure to an onsite Exchange Server.
